Bring a chair, a book, or just yourself. Locals do this all the time, even just for 30 minutes to hang out.
Walk the Pier
Great for people watching, dolphin spotting, and catching ocean breezes. Early morning and sunset are best.
Explore Tybee’s Parks
Memorial Park has volleyball nets and shaded picnic areas. Jaycee Park has a disc golf course and sports fields.
Watch a Parade
Tybee loves a good parade. From Irish Heritage to Independence Day to Christmas, we find reasons to celebrate.
Catch a Sunrise or Sunset
Sunrises light up the east facing beaches (almost all of the beaches are east facing). For sunsets, head to Back River Beach or North Beach.
